Chris Andersen and Dianne Dubois


Christopher J. Andersen - President

Chris has nearly 25 years of professional experience as an entrepreneur and as an executive working for a number of well known American companies. Prior to founding Atlas, he was a principal founding and growing five businesses including the sale of some of these companies.

He was the General Manger of a division for Harley-Davidson Motorcycles (no he doesnt have any tattoos) and was responsible for marketing and public relations for a division of A&E Television Networks. In addition, he previously founded a database marketing company and merged it with a larger enterprise. Prior lives included a stint as a Vice President of client services with one of the largest advertising agencies in the world and six years in the financial services industry in operations, marketing and finance. In addition, Chris started his career in business in the real estate industry.

Chris is involved in a number of organizations that seek to foster the growth of middle market companies. He is the President the San Francisco chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth and has been a member of M&A Source, IBBA and CABB since founding the firm.

He is a graduate of the Fox School of Business at Temple University in Philadelphia. Chris holds degrees in both corporate finance and marketing. And, he lives in San Francisco with his wife and two sons.

Dianne P. Dubois- Principal

Dianne has over 26 years of experience in a variety of financial and operational roles, in both public and privately held companies. Most recently, she was COO and CFO of a high growth privately held firm in the travel and hospitality business, which was preparing for a liquidity event.

She has held CFO or other senior financial roles in companies such as Disney, Wellpoint Health Networks, PIMCO, E*Trade, and LookSmart. Over the years, Dianne has bought a number of companies and has considered buying many more. She has put together (and pulled apart) several joint ventures, ran a technology start up in Seattle, and has experience running almost every facet of a business, including sales, customer service, operations, technology, all administrative areas, and of course, finance and accounting. Dianne began her career with Arthur Andersen and is a CPA.

Dianne is a Past-President of the San Francisco chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG), a business group focusing on middle market companies. Additionally, she is on the Board of the San Francisco Museum of Craft + Design, and is on the Advisory Board for the Department of Accounting and Information Systems at the University of Wisconsin- Madison.

Dianne is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin with a degree in accounting. She currently lives in San Francisco.
